About Omega Cremations
We are a Veteran and women-owned family business operating on the Space Coast.
We provide clear information about the cremation process, so your family knows what to expect. Our team handles every detail with care and compassion, giving you peace of mind during this difficult time. We do not advertise one price for cremation and then add on unreasonable fees. We offer 24 hr. transportation of your loved one to a secure facility by licensed professionals. Your loved one will be handled with care until placed in your hands. They do not leave the care of Omega. We can also hand carry the cremated remains to the Veterans Cemetery in Mims. Our cremation services are more affordable than traditional funeral home services. We provide the same cremation service without the expenses incurred in overhead costs such as large buildings and staff, casket inventory, automobiles used for the funeral service, etc. The cremation process generally takes 7-8 business days to complete once all required documents have been completed. We are available anytime and will assist you after hours, on holidays, and weekends for no extra charge.

We ensure absolute transparency with no undisclosed costs—no archiving fee or pacemaker removal fee, etc. One death certificate is included with our service. We can also personally deliver the cremated remains to you. The crematory we contract with is right by the Orlando airport, state of the art, and the Funeral Director who owns it has been licensed for thirty years. Assuring your loved one is in trusted hands.

Laura started in the business in 2006. She has worked everything from administration to being a crematory operator for a small business. Having worked in both corporate funeral services and independent funeral homes, she has integrated the strengths of each approach into her practice. She has been licensed since 2014.

At Omega Cremations, we offer direct cremation that include transportation of the body (within Brevard and Orange), cremation services, getting the Medical Examiner's permit, filing the death certificate with the state, and a temporary container for the ashes.
No, we are a cremation provider only. Not a full-service funeral home. If requesting these services, please contact a funeral home. If you need help choosing one you may always call us. They are the only legal facilities that can offer these services. We may offer you fingerprints, locks of hair, and/or pictures.
